Following a recent interpretation by the Department of Revenue to allow brewpubs to sell growlers, the City of Sandy Springs has expanded growler sales within the City. Previously the City of Sandy Springs allowed growlers be sold in the city by other retail establishments.
The new law confirms that brewpubs may now also have the same privileges, provided they obtain a package malt beverage license.
